Changing How Assets are Displayed
You can select how much asset information is displayed in your the display area. Pilot provides an number of view options.
Short view: Quick Access to Icons and Buttons
Select the Short view to see icons that display thumbnail images, the asset file names, and tool icons in the selected volume that you are currently viewing. Clicking on an asset preview displayed the file Info and Metadata in the right pane.
From this view, you can use any of the following tools:
If your asset contains more than one page, click the next page arrow to view an thumbnail preview.
 
Click Show Details to view a thumbnail, Metadata, Comments, Versions, Links, and History for an asset.
Note: The Links tab will appear only when your file has linked files associated with it.
Click Open High-Resolution to open the assets in the associated application.
Click Reveal High-Resolution to display file properties in a Finder window.
Click Open File with Annotations to view, add, and edit annotations added to an asset, as well as enlarging the preview of the asset using the Zoom tool..
Click Add to Collection to add a number of assets to your collection.
Tip: You can add all of the assets in your selected volume to the collection at once by clicking the Collection icon, located at the bottom right corner of the view.
List View
Displays the file names of all of the assets, in a selected volume, that you are currently viewing. Clicking on an asset preview displays the file Info and Metadata in the right pane.
