Supported Web Browsers The Xinet user interface is designed to work with standard - complaint Web browsers. The following table lists the Web browsers that is tested and validated for use with this release of Xinet. Browser Type Version Validated/Notes Safari 10 (on OS X Yosemite and OS X El Capitan) 11 (on macOS Sierra) Chrome 59 Firefox 45 (ESR) Note: Firefox 45 ESR is expected to work with the following workaround: via the Firefox Configuration Editor: (about:config page), set xpinstall.signatures.required to false. Because of browser limitations, we have stopped supporting Firefox browser versions after 45 (ESR), and will not support Firefox after Xinet 19. Internet Explorer 11 Microsoft Edge on Windows 10 Note: We do not support drag and drop placement or Xinet CM for these Windows browsers, but otherwise our software is tested and verified to run in these browsers on the Windows platform. What about other Web browsers? The Xinet user interface also works on recent releases of other standards - compliant Web browsers. This cannot be guaranteed because they have not been tested. If you are using a different browser and encounter a problem, we recommend trying one of the validated Web browsers to see if that resolves your issue. North Plains can only provide support for browser issues that can be reproduced on a validated browser.
