Changing attributes for existing users
To modify an existing user:

Click on the link to the Users, Edit User subtab.

If you change the password, you must verify it by retyping it in the Password (again) box. You may also allow the user to change his or her password by checking the box next to that option.

You may add an Upload e-mail address if you want to have a staff member notified when this particular user uploads anything to the Xinet server.

To set access, use the pop-up Access Control List. The items you see only include addresses. ACLs that contain users will not show up.
The default choice, Everyone, gives the user access from any location. Use the AFP/Access, Access Restriction (ACL), Create an ACL page to add additional ACLs to your pop-up list. For more information about ACLs, see Security settings
