Xinet Groups

If your server uses Active Directory, please refer to On servers with Active Directory. The Groups tab on these systems has a different appearance than on systems without Active Directory.

In many cases, defining a group with specified templates and permission sets, and then, adding new users to the group is the fastest way to configure users.

The Groups tab presents three subpanels which allow you to survey existing groups, edit memberships, add new groups, and delete them. You can switch between these by clicking the links in the third row of tabs in the GUI.
