Adding Comments to Assets

When using the Marquee theme, you can add comments when viewing a preview of an assets. These comments will be seen by other Portal users. In addition, when users add annotations they can also add comments to explain why an annotation was added. See Adding Annotations to Assets.

To add comments to an asset:

1.	Double-click on an image in the browser to view a preview.

2.	In the User Comments box, type a comment and click Add.

3.	Click Save All.
