The Summary subtab provides information about existing print queues and the files that have been sent to them.Queue status icons lists the types of possible queues and shows the icons associated with each.
This icon represents a “success” queue; for example., a queue where requests which have been processed without errors will wait. It is used in combination with hold and print to file or screen queues. This icon represents a “failure” queue; for example., a queue where requests that have errors in them will wait. It is used in combination with hold and print to file or screen queues and is useful when you want to look at and resolve errors. This is a print queue that uses the BSD Unix lpr(1B) utility for print requests This tells you that a queue is currently accepting new jobs. It toggles to Queue Stopped. When changing its setting you must specify how the queue should handle any job currently in process. Queues can stop: The Queue Status, Summary page offers shortcuts to further information about jobs and queues:
• Clicking on the name of a Hot Folder will show you current contents of that folder. (A Back button returns you to the full Summary.)

• Clicking on the icon next to any Print Queue name will automatically open its Completed Job Logs page.
• Clicking on the Destination for any queue that writes information to a folder or directory will show the current contents of that repository. (A Back button returns you to the full Summary.)
• Clicking a green Queue Control icon will allow you to stop a queue, presenting some options about what to do if a job is currently printing.
• Clicking on a red Queue Control icon will allow you to restart a queue that has been stopped.
