Managing Assets and Folders

If you have permission, you can “manage” assets on the Xinet server using your browser. This means you can, from a remote location, Move, Copy, Rename, and Delete assets and folders that reside on the server. You can also invoke the New folder option if you don’t see the destination you need.

To manage an asset or folder:

1.	Navigate to the folder that contains the asset or folder you would like to manage.

2.	Click on the Manage Files icon at the bottom of your window.

3.	Click on any of the following icons before the assets or folders displayed. 4. Click Close.

Exhibit theme	Marquee theme	Description
		Move this asset to a new folder. See Moving and Copying Assets to a New Location.
		Copy and rename this asset to another folder. See Moving and Copying Assets to a New Location.
		Rename this asset and click Submit.
		Delete this asset.
