Strategy 4: You do everything by ticket number
You can set up a file structure where you only use ticket numbers for Xinet organization, if that is the way you already track your jobs and don’t want to change. To do so, you would make a new Xinet volume every time you open a new ticket. You could automate that with a Xinet trigger (See Actions and Trigger Sets Quick-start Guide to get started), or do it by hand.
When you archive, you’d archive whole tickets to which you could also give customers access. The following file structure would be appropriate to this workflow:
