1. Create a new Trigger Set by clicking Database, Trigger Sets, NewTrigger Set. Name your Trigger Set and provide a description. If there are other Trigger Sets already configured, you have the option to copy an existing Trigger Set.

10. Add a second Action to this rule by clicking the + sign to the right of the On Failure column. This adds another Action which will be run after the first action completes successfully.

13. You can read this Trigger Set as follows:For Data Field test_approval, when it is Changed To Yes, copy the file using the setting copy to my folder, and Exit and Notify if the copy fails. If it succeeds, then send e-mail using setting Notify Me, and Exit and Notify if sending e-mail fails.

1. • Your Active Paths for the action must exist on Xinet database-enabled volumes.
2. Adding an Active Path resembles adding a Volume for a user. Select the volume from the Volume pop-up list, and, if you wish, select a Sub-Folder of that Volume.
3. [optional] To add a second Active Path to this Trigger Set, click the + sign on the right side of the Active Paths list. To remove an Active Path from this Trigger Set, click the trash can next to the path.
