Reviewing Linked Files to Assets

When using the Marquee theme, you can view thumbnail preview images of all placed artwork in an InDesign document without having to perform any additional steps. Saving the InDesign document on the server volume is all that is required.

To view linked files to an asset:

1.	On the browser view, click on an asset to view the Details view.

2.	Click the Linked tab to display a list of the files linked to the asset.

3.	Click on a linked file name to display a thumbnail of the linked file.

Tip:	Click the Collections icon, located at the bottom left corner of the Details view, to download all of the linked files plus the original source file (for example an InDesign file or an Illustrator file).

Tip:	Click on one of the linked files to view a Preview in the Details view.

Tip:	Double-click on a linked file to view it in the Details view. A Containing tab is displayed allowing you to locate the main source file where this file is linked to.
