Uploading Assets
You can upload new assets (multiple files and folders) to your mounted volume to share with other Pilot users. The user name and time of the upload is recorded when uploading.
Note: Pilot includes a limitation for the total number of files and their combined size that can be uploaded. The limits are currently: 1000 total files whose total, combined, size is less than1GiB.
IMPORTANT: Xinet Pilot supports uploading assets from a Macintosh environment using AFP and from Windows and Linux environments using Bonjour mounted volumes.
To upload multiple assets:

Tip:
(Press Control+Shift to select multiple files and folders).

The metadata added is assigned to all of the assets you have uploaded.

Click Close.
To replace an asset:

A dialog box “A file with this name already exists in this location” displays three options.

Let the server choose a new name for this file
The original file name is used followed by a sequential number. For example, Me-Photo_1.jpg.
Overwrite the existing file
Rename this file - Type a new file name into the field
